Collaborates with different user groups and business partners to understand business model and functional requirement
Articulates and manages business requirements for technology change
Proposes options and recommendations on functional solutions
Provides workarounds and workflow improvement suggestions
Propose detail scenario for UAT dan assist user for UAT
Handling and solve projects issues
Regular progress reports of all projects or BAU (Business as Usual)
Bachelor’s degree with IT major in Information System or Information Technology
Minimum 4 years BA experience in insurance industry and 2 years in same level
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong analytical & Strategic skills
Develops and foster creative, flexible approaches and imaginative solutions to maximize the business
Wireframing / mock up
Diagramming / Business Modelling
BABOK certification is advantage
