Job Overview:

As a Senior Officer or Assistant Manager, you will support the agency business development efforts of the insurance company. This role involves assisting the team in various ad hoc projects, contributing to overall business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of agency business development strategies to meet business goals. Support internal teams in identifying and pursuing potential partnership opportunities. Help build and maintain strong relationships with key agency clients and partners. Assist in managing multiple ad hoc projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct market research and analyze trends to support business development initiatives. Prepare reports on the progress of business development initiatives and assist in performance tracking. Provide administrative support to the team and agents, such as system management, procurement, agency communications, reporting, scheduling, event preparation etc. Create and design presentation materials for internal and external meeting. Responsible for the end-to-end flow of client seminars Support the preparation work for the events of Agency Business Development Team

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in finance, business, or insurance. 2-4 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. A good team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
