Oversee the development of advanced customer segmentation models to personalize campaigns effectively.Leverage data analytics to identify key customer needs and opportunities for engagement

 

Cross-Sell/Upsell & Growth Optimization

Develop a structured cross-selling and upselling framework based on customer needsCreate personalized product recommendation models using predictive analyticsDesign and implement bundled policy offerings with clear value propositionsEstablish a member-get-member (MGM) program with appropriate incentivesTrack cross-sell conversion rates and CLTV uplift monthly.

 

 

 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 6 years of experience in CRM, customer segmentation, or data analytics roles.Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies, CRM systems, and data analysis.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Proficiency in CRM software including SalesForce, and data analysis tools.
