Chubb Life HK: Contract Brand Marketing and Communications Manager

Role Objective: 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our branding and market expansion efforts. This role encompasses developing strategic marketing plans, overseeing digital and social media management, leading public relations and thought leadership initiatives, and supporting the overall communications strategy of Chubb Life HK.
 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Brand Marketing and Communications Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies/communications campaign to enhance brand recognition
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
- Identify and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance our brand visibility and support the business and client’s growth

2. Corporate Communications and Thought Leadership:
- Coordinate public relations activities tailored for the local and regional markets, including press releases, media relations, and corporate communications.
- Identify and developing award strategy and establish Chubb Life Hong Kong as a thought leader by organizing and participating in different industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Develop publicity and collaterals i.e. brand leaflet, brochure, internal newsletters and external media opportunities

3. Social Media Management:
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn), and online campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate identity.

4. Event Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events targeting high net-worth individuals and premium client segments.
- Support event planning and promotional content creation for various marketing and recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field. 
- 5-8 years of experience in PR and marketing, preferably with a background in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Expertise in public relations, branding, social media and event management.
- Strong team player and with leadership mindset and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
