We are seeking a Head of Transformation Delivery to implement Chubb Life’s digital transformation. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), you will lead and oversee the execution of complex transformation programs across the global organization.
Your leadership will shape our transformation journey, aligning execution of programs with the company’s strategic objectives, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation Strategy Development & Execution
Assist the CTO in creating a transformation strategy aligned with Chubb Life’s long-term business objectives, prioritizing digital-first and customer-centric solutions Work with the CTO to implement a digital-first Target Operating Model (TOM), initially for core operations functions and then more broadly across the entire organization Ensure cross-functional alignment of transformation initiatives, fostering close collaboration with internal stakeholders including: product management, operations, risk management, cybersecurity, finance, procurement, change management, people, and culture teams Translate high-level goals and strategies into actionable project deliverables, maintain a focus on long-term value creation while achieving short-term milestones Manage demand and prioritization to help ensure acceptance of transformation initiatives in the markets and ensure each project delivers the expected business outcomes Build and maintain robust relationships with senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for delivery-related matters. Provide clear and concise updates to levels of the organizationDelivery Management
Own the implementation of the digital-first TOM, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and with the agreed level of quality Maximize reuse and efficiency as initiatives are rolled out across multiple markets Deliver complex transformational programs, leading virtual delivery teams, from initial discussions through to the program launch Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery methods Utilize change management and project management disciplines to ensure effective program execution Promote a culture of accountability and transparency across all aspects of project delivery.Risk & Governance Management
Collaborate closely with governance teams to fulfill all necessary regulatory and compliance obligations in the context of program delivery. Partner with risk management teams to ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are developed and implemented throughout the project lifecycle, balancing risks and opportunities to deliver optimal outcomes. Regularly review and update all risks in accordance with organizational policies.Mandatory Experience
Minimum 15 to 20 years of highly experienced professional with having worked across the Service Delivery Life Cycle Experience leading regional Transformation projects for a Multi-National Corporation, particularly agile delivery Proven expertise in leading large-scale digital transformation programs, demonstrating the ability to translate complex business needs into successful digital outcomes. Experience in managing stakeholders and present clear concise messages Life Insurance domain knowledge Ability to create a compelling business caseQualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related technical or business field.
