Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN-Dialysis Clinic to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the nursing team supporting patients with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Chronic RN-Dialysis Clinic

Location: Gresham, OR

Pay Range: Up to $50/hr

Shift: 8 hours

What's the Job?

Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. Perform ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre, during, and post hemodialysis treatment. Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans. Administer medications as prescribed and document medical justification and effectiveness. Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes.

What's Needed?

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current appropriate state licensure. Minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years. Chronic hemodialysis experience required. Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
