Our client, a leader in healthcare services, is seeking a Chronic RN to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the nursing department supporting patient care initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

Shift: 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients. Perform ongoing assessment and documentation of patient data during hemodialysis treatment. Educate patients and their families on treatment options and care plans. Administer medications as prescribed and document their effectiveness. Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes.

What's Needed?

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current appropriate state licensure. 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as a RN. Chronic hemodialysis experience required. Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
