Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. As an RN, you will be part of the dialysis care unit supporting patients with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient-centered care, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$49.00 per hour

What’s the Job? Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis treatment to assigned patients. Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and respond to emergencies as needed. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management. Supervise and support patient care staff including LPNs, LVNs, and Technicians.What’s Needed? Current RN license and BLS certification. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Minimum 1 year of nephrology nursing experience in the last 2 years. At least 3 months of chronic/acute hemodialysis experience. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods.What’s in it for me?
