Position Highlights:

Team Composition: 3 physicians, 3 NPsPatient Demographics: Internal Medicine for patients over 18 years old, Family Medicine for all agesPatient Panel: Opportunity to build own panel. Practice providers see 12-18 patients on avg.Virtual Flexibility: 36 patient facing hours [4 hours optional telehealth included] with 4 hours admin time. Opportunity for one virtual day per week via combing admin and tele time.Call Schedule: Shared call schedule of 1:9 with another local practice, averaging 3-10 calls per week.Additional Compensation: Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available.Onsite Service Support: GYN, Ophthalmology, Cardio, Endo, labs & imaging and case management for chronic disease. In office pharmacy assistance. Inboxologist to keep patient inbox clear. Implementation of AI DAX Copilot scribe service in the fall. Note taking simplified so you can focus more on the patient rather than your laptop!
