Job Details:
This position is responsible for assisting with start-up and stacking frozen product while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Load set-up table, opening and stacking meat with 40 lbs. blocks of frozen meat continuously for 8 hrs. Understand and set-up meat according to a formulation sheet. Assist chopper operator. Help set-up line at the start of the shift. All other duties assigned by Supervisor. Follow safe work practices including the use of personal protective equipment when required. Follow all sanitary procedures and policies.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, some Saturday work, 2:00 PM - Production end;
Starting Pay: $17.30/hr
Requirements:
Must complete an on-line job application in Workday.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Any team member who accumulates 8 or more attendance points, who holds a class 2 or above position, will be demoted to any available class 1 position in the plant.DISCRETIONARY JOBS are awarded to the best qualified candidate based on qualifications to include work history, attendance, discipline, and position requirements.
