**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 15 years of experience working in a silicon organization.
+ 5 years of experience working as a Chip Lead.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.
+ Experience in technically leading large design teams delivering high performance SoC.
+ Experience in cross-functional teams for high quality tape-outs.
+ Experience in working with verification, DFT, physical design and emulation teams.
+ Experience in supporting the Post Silicon testing and taking the chip to production.

As the Chip Lead in the Silicon Organization, you will lead a team responsible for SOC development over the full product cycle from RTL to Graphic Database System (GDS) to production. You will have an understanding of IP and SoC delivery in an exceptional silicon team. You will bring a breadth of ideas across silicon Architecture, RTL, Design Verification (DV), and Physical Design (PD) and silicon productization. You will be responsible for driving execution of the SoC, including coordination of deliverables across multiple geographies, managing overall program schedules at goal Performance, Power, Area (PPA) and quality, escalation when needed to get decisions made and dissemination of program decisions across the team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Drive the execution of the chip working with cross domain teams.
+ Drive the execution of the entire chip across geographies and across multiple domains.
+ Responsible for all technical decisions including front-end, back-end and post silicon activity.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the chip for a premium product.
