IT Campus Recruiting Role and Responsibility:

Software Engineer:Core Software Engineering: Design, develop, and deliver high-quality digital products from conception to deployment within Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct requirement analysis, system architecture design, verification, and maintenance, emphasizing code quality, testability, and usability.AI Agent Development & Lifecycle Management: Design and implement scalable AI agents using frameworks, focusing on intent recognition, multi-agent collaboration, and RAG optimization for complex tasks. Transforming existing digital products into AI-augmented solutions by integrating agentic capabilities (e.g., adding conversational interfaces, automated decision engines, etc.).Engineering Excellence: Partner with product managers to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring agents & digital products deliver measurable and tangible value. Driving excellence in SDLC.

Data Scientist:Apply data modeling, machine learning methods, artificial intelligence and analytic tools (Python, R, Scala, Spark, TensorFlow, Hadoop, KNIME, etc.) to solve business challenges.Apply Big Data and advanced analytics to direct the engagement of our business leaders, turning insights into actionable recommendations to drive business value.Collaborate actively across function partners and senior managers to accomplish project objective.

 

Data Engineer: Being E2E accountable for one or multiple data pipelines engineering lifecycle from data ingestion to data publication, responsible for data pipeline technical outcomes.Design data pipeline and data signal by working with business users and data working team for analyzing data point requirements and use cases.Lead and adopt the best practices from data platform for data engineering, data testing, data publication, data operation, etc.Drive data engineering scrum team’s efficiency and data pipeline quality with industry leading Big Data technologies and Agile DevOps Methodology.

Requirement:

At least a bachelor’s degree.Majored in STEM with Software Engineering/Development, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Big Data related.Prefer with knowledge & hands-on experience in OOA/D (object-oriented analysis and design), UML and design patterns, JAVA/J2EE or other object-oriented languages; Or Python, R, Scala, Spark, TensorFlow, Hadoop, KNIME in data science/analysis etc.Strong enthusiasm and curiosity about the intersection of business and technology.Strong Leadership Skills to lead in the envisioning of the future of business, to engage/ enable/ energize the multifunctional team and execute plans with perfection.Proven strong problem solving with technical mastery and innovative solutions.Proven ability to handle multiple priorities. Self-motivated, with can-do attitude in fast-paced environment Proven good communication – both oral and written, in Chinese and English.
