Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving overall business objective with the customers.Mainly responsible superior retail execution in online & offline storesRepresent the Company in front of the customers. Develop in-depth understanding with shoppers, and market landscape and build excellent partnership with customers, create joint value to win-win with customer.Create business strategies and plans by depth understanding of market & customers dynamics, shopper psychology, marketing knowledge, trade fund management, people management, supply chain operations and execute with excellence.Build a powerful team by envisioning, engaging and energizing multifunctional resources to to deliver best result.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree.Good oral and written English communication skills Strong Leadership Skills to envision/ engage/ enable/ energize the multifunctional team and have learning agility to face challenge & fast-moving environment.Strong Ownership, esp. on teamwork & execution with excellence capability.Location mobility is required to obtain diverse of experiences and skills
