Description:

As a Manager of Brand Growth Function (BRM/CMK) at P&G, you will take full responsibility for your brand's performance, striving to make it a \"love-mark\" for consumers. You will drive brand growth through multi-channel strategies, ensuring your brand remains competitive in the market.

In this role, you will need to deeply understand consumer behavior and market dynamics to identify key insights that lead to the creation of new initiatives. You will develop comprehensive growth marketing campaigns, establish brand architecture, design integrated communication strategies, and drive execution excellence to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Product Supply, R&D, IT, and external partners, to create superior products and packaging, effective communication strategies, and efficient market execution that delivers value for both consumers and customers.

Responsibilities:

As a Manager of Brand Growth Function (BRM/CMK), your key responsibilities will include:

Consumer and Market Insights: Analyze consumer and market data to identify growth opportunities and trends for your brand.Brand Strategy Development: Formulate key strategies and priorities for your brand based on in-depth consumer and market insights.Innovation Development: Create compelling product offerings that feature appealing concepts, outstanding performance, and attractive packaging.Marketing Plan Development: Develop effective communication strategies and marketing ideas. Design marketing campaigns and create commercial materials—including copy, visuals, and social/e-commerce content—tailored to various consumer touchpoints, ensuring effective media planning.Go-To-Market Execution: Design pricing strategies and promotional plans, and implement in-store activities based on channel, customer, and shopper knowledge.In-Depth Business and Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business and financial analyses to inform brand decisions.Leading Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of brand and go-to-market strategies.


Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree.Good oral and written English communication skills.Strong Leadership Skills to lead to envision the future of your business, to engage/enable/energize the multifunctional team and execute plans with perfection.Strong analytical skills & Strong insights penetration and deep dive. Strong problem solving with creativity & innovation.Think and act decisively to make optimal use of the situation whilst keeping the goal in mind.
