GCOO - Global Procurement

Global Procurement drives strategic and commercial value for the bank by working with colleagues and suppliers to source goods and services. It is also responsible for operating, managing and transforming source-to-pay processes and systems, whilst embedding HSBC’s sustainability strategy into its supply chain. Procurement works closely with other parts of HSBC to provide leadership of the bank’s third-party and supplier relationships.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1) Work with operations staff for daily operational support;
2) Assist on team's projects and events
3) Team admin tasks, e.g. meeting arrangement, activities facilitation
4) Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers

2) Demonstrate proactive attitude and able to work under pressure and have a ability to solve the problem with efficiency and meticulous to details.
3) Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
