职位内容
• 提供专业,热情,销售为主的饮食服务
• 负责餐厅(25至30名客人)和酒吧(包括咖啡站和日光甲板)
• 按照公司标准为客人提供饮料
• 按照公司标准协助准备鸡尾酒
• 按照主管指示,负责餐厅和酒吧的摆设
• 为饮食相关活动(鸡尾酒会、下午茶、咖啡厅午餐)制备食物
• 正确处理所有产品,材料和设备(玻璃,餐具和陶器等)
• 记录销售交易
• 服务工作区的清洁需符合危害分析和关键控制点(HACCP)的准则
• 按照公司的程序清单,盘点存货
• 在开始和结束巡航季时,准备开船和闭船事宜
• 根据直属上级的指示,(如有需要)向其他部门提供协助
• 根据公司的标准和HACCP规则工作
• 正确存储库存;建立标准水平
• 积极参与船上的培训计划
• 在登船和离船日负责客人行李的托运、看管及分发

任职资格
• 至少三年四或五星级酒吧运营的专业经验
• 拥有丰富的饮品知识(葡萄酒,鸡尾酒等)
• 有国际/船上或豪华酒店酒吧经验者优先
• 精通普通话,具有英语和其他语言技能者优先
• 能够独立工作,以服务为导向,以客人为中心
• 灵活、抗压能力强,有团队合作精神,信守承诺
• 个性积极,外表整洁
PURPOSE OF POSITION
You ensure a friendly and professional beverage service in the bar, lounge and on the sundeck to the fullest satisfaction of our guests and in accordance with Viking China Outbound Standards.
ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Professional, welcoming and sales orientated Food & Beverage service
• Assignment in restaurant (station of approx. 25 to 30 guests) and bar (including coffee station and sundeck)
• Serving drinks in accordance with company standards
• Assistance in preparing cocktails in accordance with the company standards
• Restaurant and bar setup following instructions from supervisor
• Preparation and operation of Food & Beverage activities (cocktail parties, Tea Time, Café Lunch) and special events
• Correct handling of all products, materials and equipment (glasses, cutleries and crockeries etc.)
• Tallying of sales transactions
• Cleaning of service working areas in accordance with HACCP rules
• Conduction of stock takes; inventory according to company procedures
• Preparation of opening and closing ships at start and end of season
• Assistance in other departments upon instruction from supervisors (if required)
• Performance according to company standards and HACCP rules
• Correct storage of stock; establishing of par levels
• Active participation in onboard training programs
• Luggage duty on embarkation and disembarkation day
• Participation in loadings
QUALIFICATION PROFILE
• Min. 3 years professional experience in 4 or 5*bar operation
• Good beverage knowledge (wines, cocktails etc.)
• International experience / experience on a ship or a luxury hotel bar is an asset
• Excellent Mandarin skills, English and other languages are an asset
• Ability to work independently, service-oriented and guest focused
• Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment
• Positive personality, neat appearance
