Key Responsibilities:

Network infrastructure setup

Understands Lilly infrastructure standards, procedures, processes and integrate with local business requirement

Work closely with various departments, including Cyber Security, Digital Core, Manufacturing and Business, Network Connectivity,  to ensure seamless network integration and functionality.

Provide daily operational support for Palo Alto firewalls, Proxy and VPN system including issue verification, traffic log analysis, firewall rule proposals, and validation of issue resolution solutions.

Project/Change Management of Network related matters

Coordinate and drive the related change events and ensure minimal disruption and optimal performance during the transition.

Develop and execute testing plans for new network changes and implementations. Ensure all changes are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.

Technical expertise

Lead technical initiatives and projects related to network infrastructure.
