Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the Role:** Looking for highly talented, focused professional with experience in Chillers New Product Development with good experience in end-to-end new product development process. **Role Responsibilities:** + Collaboration with local & Global chiller design teams for driving product optimization/Design Changes per customer/regulatory needs. + Drive Value Engineering & improvement projects from concept planning to project execution stage. + Understand customer needs, preparing technical proposal as per customer’s requirements, evaluate testing feasibility with Lab team and drive successful testing of chillers for Customer, New Product concepts, Compliance requirements like BEE , AHRI etc. + Manage Standard & Regulatory requirements for India HVAC Engineering, work with internal & External Stakeholders & manage various representations for Regulations & standards. **Role Purpose:** + Sound knowledge of Commercial HVAC products & Product development process . + Collaboration with local & Global chiller design teams for driving product optimization/Design Changes per customer/regulatory needs. + Chiller Testing knowhow, requirements analysis & preparing technical proposal for sales team/customers. + Drive Troubleshooting of Chillers for successful test completion per design/customized requirements. + Cost Down, Product Improvement and Selection Software knowhow for performance selections of Chiller + Knowledge of BEE Energy star labeling requirements, AHRI 550/590, AHRI 575, IS 16590, ASME + Strong Interpersonal & project management skill. **Minimum Requirements:** + (3~7) years of experience + Degree in Mechanical Engineering + Commercial HVAC Product Design & Testing / Regulatory & compliance Management. **Benefits** : We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary. + Make yourself a priority with flexible schedules, parental leave. + Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities. + Achieve your personal goals with our Employee Assistance Programme. **Our commitment to you:** Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
