Chiller Rehanger Labor PR05
Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended.

Job Details:

•The rehanger is responsible to remove the birds off the belt and transfer them to a moving shackle line where they are placed on the shackle and hung by the hock. 

•The procedure requires the team member to lift the bird which may weigh up to 15 lbs.  And suspend them until they are properly hung on a shackle. 

•Work from an elevated, stationary platform.         

            

•Repetitive use of both hands, arms and wrist.         

•Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. repetitively.         

•Required to stand, reach, lift, pull (downward).         

•Must be able to work in a cold/wet environment.       

Pay Scale: 

Start:$16.55

5 Years: $16.65

10 Years: $16.75

    

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
