Job Title: Childcare Worker
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: Up to £28,531 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

Our client provides residential assessments for families, with a focus on safeguarding and supporting positive outcomes for children. We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Childcare Worker to provide safe, nurturing care to children in our residential centre while their parents undergo assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for babies and young childrenSupport feeding, hygiene, sleep, and play routinesEngage children in age-appropriate activitiesMaintain a safe, clean, and positive environmentWork with the wider residential team and follow care plans

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a care or nursery settingUnderstanding of basic child development and safeguardingLevel 2 or 3 in Childcare/Early Years (desirable)Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
