SummaryPM Pediatric Care is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join our Behavioral Health team. The Child and Adolescent Psychologist will provide comprehensive behavioral health psychoeducational testing, provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD and behavioral disorders, and provide supervisory oversight in the form of individual/ group supervision, cosign, and/or clinical guidance and oversight for other therapists on the team.Description** This position is Hybrid, approximately 10-15 hours per week in person, 25 - 30 hours per week remote.
** Salary Range: Up to $155,000
Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence-based practicesProvide individual, family and group therapy for patients using evidence-based treatment modalitiesAct as co-signer for therapists with limited licensesParticipate in collaborative care team meetingsProvide Functional Behavior Analysis services for the School Health team on an as needed basisMonitor patient service quality and progress for referred patientsComplete required documentation including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and therapy notes and implement interventions in a timely mannerMaintain licensure and professional development as required by licensing board#ind123
QualificationsPh.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA)Psychologist license in the state(s) practicing2+ years of experience post licensureStrong oral and written communication skillsBilingual in Spanish and English preferredAbility to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgroundsDemonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed carePrevious experience providing therapy to children and adolescentsPrevious experience with psychoeducational testingPrevious experience with crisis intervention and risk assessmentCompensation:
Compensation Dependent Upon Location and ExperienceThe salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role. Please note that actual salaries/rates may vary within this range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and based on experience and qualifications.
