Position Overview:
CuraScript SD a specialty pharmaceutical distributor that provides customized business solutions and access to specialty drugs to community physicians, specialty pharmacies, and health systems; it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Evernorth – a Cigna Company.
CuraScript SD is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Technical Product Owner (CTPO) to join its technology team.
The CTPO will serve as a strategic partner and share ownership for both business strategy and business value results. This is achieved by partnering with appropriate teams to facilitate the creation of idea documents, business cases, requirements, and value plans; ensuring value optimization and communication; and enabling continuous improvement in all areas and people around them. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Pharmacy HUB operations, technology solutions, have in depth knowledge of the capabilities and business processes, have a solid understanding of the up/down stream process and data connections, and have awareness of industry best practices and trends.
Responsibilities:
Work with business and technology leaders to articulate their function's needs and requirements to advance business performanceMaintain multi-year business/technology capability roadmapsPartner with organizational change management to ensure effective business transformation for all initiativesPartner with the PMO to ensure a healthy and well-managed initiative portfolioPartner with business leaders to evaluate proposals, align them to business capability roadmaps and prioritiesMeasure adoption and work with business leadership to develop future roadmap and opportunitiesIdentify and integrate business partners' long-range plans into business capability roadmaps and priorities, as appropriateBrief stakeholders on business partner plansFocus on business value including risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements.Advocate for an awareness and focus on business partner strategic plansCorrelate business value and priorities to planning activities and goal settingEngage as a project stakeholder by evaluating project efforts and progress against strategic plans and objectivesBe creative and innovative with regards to your knowledge and awareness of industry trends and digital advances as they relate to new opportunities and business needsEnsure project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication; includes managing escalations and avoiding risk.Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, management information systems, or related field5+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business and technology initiatives and projects4+ years of experience in defining technology governance models (tools/practices)1+ years of experience pharmacy HUB programs5+ years of experience with tech for tech solutions such as EDI, reporting, etc…5+ years of experience as a technical product ownerAdditional Qualifications
Master of Business Administration – preferredKnowledge of supply chain management preferredExperience in wholesale pharmaceutical distribution or life sciences preferredIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
