The position of Senior Manager Business Unit Fuel Cell has been created with the purpose to represent the Fuel Cell Product Goup on the Japanese and Korean Market.
Main target is the acquisition and series launch support of new projects in the field of fuel cell applications, e.g. bipolar plates, fuel Cell Stacks and fuel cell systems for both automotive and industrial applications.
The main responsibilities are to collect and understand the domestic customer and market development trends and requirements, drive the development of suppliers and partners for key technologies and provide technical support to the domestic customers, potential suppliers or development partners.
In addition the role is responsible for giving the necessary technical support to the extended team members in the region Asia Pacific (cross divisional, cross functional).
Your Qualifications Master in Mechanical Engineering or comparable degree. Fluent in both English and Japanese language. At least 5 years of professional experience with international customers in the automotive industry. Experience in leading complex projects and working with global teams. Experience in the development of products / systems in the automotive industry.
