Chief of Staff to the CISO - Principal Technology Business Services Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CISO that will perform Chief of Staff responsibilities including executive communications and driving enterprise-wide initiatives within the cybersecurity space.


In this role, you will:

Serve as a top subject matter professional to lead complex, innovative, high risk, and diverse initiatives with companywide cross technology impact, or with significant scope, cost, and benefitsLead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple lines of business or the enterpriseDefine, plan, develop, and implement or consult on major information technology strategies, processes, or ongoing programs with broad cross technology impactProvide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding technology matters to develop programs that are effective, efficient, and which significantly influence the organization's businessLead the technology team to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processesServe as an experienced advisor to more experienced leadership across the technology organizations or client lines of businessDeliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plansProvide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywideEngage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processesSupport Cybersecurity executive routines by looking for ways to streamline activities and improve meeting effectivenessEscalate material matters to management with an appropriate sense of urgencyLead and support special ad hoc projects


Required Qualifications:

10+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, educationExperience in a Chief of Staff role or similar function

Should have an executive presence and be comfortable communicating at the executive levelExcellent experience with executive communications at the operation committee levelAbility to lead and drive enterprise-wide initiatives with enterprise impactShould have cybersecurity experienceAbility to communicate confidentially and professionallyAbility to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leadersAbility to effectively partner and influence at the executive levelAbility to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationshipsStrong analytical skills and Excel skillsPrior product management and/or cybersecurity background including application and/or cloud securityExperience navigating through ambiguityStrong time management skills including the ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrentlyExcellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolutionAbility to influence across all organizational levelsExperience with MS Office tools suiteFinancial services experience

Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule (onsite work is expected in one of the listed locations)This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
