The Sr Director, Chief of Staff to the CHRO & HR Portfolio Management, is a key strategic and operational leader within the HR organization. This role reports to the head of HRC Strategy & Planning, partnering with the CHRO and HR leadership team to drive alignment, execution, and impact across the HR function. The Sr. Director is responsible for leading the HR portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring effective governance, prioritization, and delivery of programs that support enterprise goals.

7 plus years of strategy and business planning experienceAt least 4 years in a program management capacity leading enterprise wide project and initiativesHR experience is preferredAbility to communicate and influence in a variety of situationsAbility to work and thrive in a matrix environmentExcellent executive powerpoint and excel skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyWillingness/ability to travel 20% of the time; some overnights; mostly domestic travel.Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or related fieldImpact You'll Make:
HRC Strategic & Operations SupportOwn the development and delivery of the HR & Communications three-year plan (3YP), development of board materials and monthly executive reviews, coordination and execution of communication strategy, and ongoing administrative management such as the coordination of staff deliverables and business reviews for the Chief Human Resources Officer and the senior leadership team.Ownership of preparing agendas, speakers, materials, and post meeting outcomes for board meetings, executive presentations, critical business reviews, staff meetings, etc.Lead the development and coordination of internal & external communications related to strategy, key initiatives, and performance to stakeholders and associates.Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement and drive operational excellences.HRC Portfolio ManagementEstablish and lead the HR Portfolio Management Office (PMO), overseeing the intake, prioritization, and execution of HRC initiatives.Maintain a comprehensive view of the HR project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and resource capacity.Evolve and manage portfolio governance processes, including reporting, risk management, and performance tracking.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity and quality across the HRC leadership team.Partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable law, including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and the California Fair Chance Act.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
