As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Consumer and Community Banking Public Cloud Enablement Team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsLead team meetings, driving strategic priorities and business metrics in line with the Product Line strategyDevelop a strategic communications plan for the Infrastructure Engineering & Enablement organization and executing against it Partner with managers across the organization on Book of work oversight to ensure the right talent alignment for initiativesDeliver impactful and meaningful content for monthly business reviewManage organizational development and driving support for hiring and new employee enablementEnsure financials are maintained and in line with expectationsCollect, synthesize, analyze and present project data and findings Coordinate and executing ad hoc requests across the various teamsDevelop strategic presentations for internal audiencesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationDemonstrated proficiency in transforming operational processes and overseeing team and program execution to achieve the desired results.Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectivesProven ability to lead through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environmentsExperience with stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectivesExperience in managing program/ project schedules, tracking program/ project and milestone completion, and reporting progress effectively to executive stakeholders.Experience in building and strengthening program governance and controls within a large organizationExperience with tools used to produce governance documentation, stakeholder communications, and track program metrics (Jira, Confluence, Teams, PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel)Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills with the ability to coach others in the best ways to present and explain information concisely tailored to the target audiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Outstanding writer, proofreader and copy editor with experience writing internal communications for large global organizations is advantageousExperience in the financial services industryAWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is a plus
