Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am-6:30pm with flexibility required for travel with the CEO (2-3 trips per month) and to attend client breakfasts and dinners outside of standard office hours. This role is fully in-office, five days per week. It is an awesome opportunity for eager and hungry candidates that are seeking a strategic and client-facing role!
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $130K base plus bonus

Responsibilities:
* Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, attending all meetings and events, and helping to quarterback preparation, research, follow-ups, and action items
* Coordinate and manage strategic initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and the Executive Assistant
* Handle CRM management, reporting, client outreach, and high-level meeting logistics
* Represent the CEO externally and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Assist with strategic planning around event participation, networking, and investor relations
* Create and maintain marketing materials, conduct research, and support external communications
* Travel regularly with the CEO (primarily to Michigan, Chicago, and Florida)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 2-4+ years of experience in a strategic or client-facing capacity; ideal backgrounds include investor relations, marketing, or expert networks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly
