The Experience 365 team within Microsoft’s Experiences + Devices (E+D) division is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff (CoS) to partner closely with the CVP and leadership team. This role is pivotal in orchestrating business rhythms, aligning cross-functional priorities, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture across a global, design-led product organization.

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted advisor the CVP of Experiences 365 and his leadership team, translating vision into action and ensuring the organization operates with clarity, agility, and impact. You will lead a team responsible for business management, communications, and program execution, and collaborate across HR, Finance, Communications, and Engineering to drive strategic initiatives and organizational health.

Experiences 365 (X3) is the design and research engine behind Microsoft 365’s most beloved products. The team is responsible for delivering cohesive, human-centered experiences across the Microsoft 365 suite, including Office, Outlook and the new Microsoft 365 Copilot app. Their work spans productivity, collaboration, and communication across work, school, and life.
