Job Description

As the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for driving execution of key priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational goals. Assist in the development and implementation of facilities management strategies, policies, and best practices, including monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Program Management

• Develop strategies and implement the integration procedures including performance measures to ensure sustainability.

• Implement comprehensive quality management program to minimize deficiencies and risk of services failure or interruption, with continuous quality improvement practices.

• Interface directly with stakeholders to identify and analyze critical needs, define problems, and develop specifications for solution process.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as a liaison between the Facilities Director and internal or external stakeholders.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless coordination of facilities-related activities.

• Evaluate service response time and analyze service request trends and suggestions. Ensure feedback from stakeholders are responded with effective action plans.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information and delivery of meaningful inputs across the functional in the development of management reports, progress updates and closure.

Process Improvement & Efficiency

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes, workflows, and resource allocation.

• Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in facilities management operations.

• Support budget planning, financial tracking, and resource optimization for the regional facilities function.

Leadership & Team Support

• Provide guidance and support to the facilities management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Build strong and successful strategic partnerships.

• Represent the Facilities Director in meetings, as needed.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in facilities management or program management, preferably in Semiconductor – High Volume Manufacturing operations.

PREFERRED:

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and drive informed decision-making.

SKILLS

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Resourceful and proactive, able to deliver results with minimal guidance.High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
