This pivotal role requires deep expertise in network development, financial impacts, value-based contracting, and provider relations. You will lead initiatives to expand our network, enhance provider partnerships, and implement innovative solutions to improve healthcare affordability, delivery, and outcomes across existing and new markets. **What You'll Do:** + **Strategic Network Developer:** Design and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize and expand provider networks, including in Washington, Oregon, California, and future expansions. + **Value-Based Contracting Leader:** Lead the development and negotiation of fee-for-service, value-based, and risk-sharing contracts, fostering collaborative relationships with providers to improve care quality and cost efficiency. + **Provider Relations Champion:** Cultivate and maintain positive, provider-friendly relationships, ensuring alignment with Providence's culture of collaboration and mutual respect. + **Operational Efficiency Expert:** Streamline network operations to reduce administrative burdens, enhance provider data management, and improve contract management processes. + **Technology Integrator:** Embrace and implement technologies to modernize network operations, including provider data management systems and contract automation tools. + **Visionary Leader and Collaborator:** Provide visionary leadership to the network development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
