Responsibilities: + Provide clinical leadership and expertise to guide the development and delivery of healthcare solutions in the Greater China Region. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that products and services meet the needs of healthcare professionals and institutions in the region. + Stay informed on industry trends, clinical guidelines, and best practices to inform product development and strategy. + Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and institutions to gather insights and feedback on our products and services. + Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth. + Represent Elsevier at industry events and conferences to promote our healthcare solutions and thought leadership in the region. + Provide training and support to internal teams on clinical topics and healthcare trends to enhance their understanding and effectiveness in the market. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the development and delivery of healthcare solutions. Requirements: + Medical degree with active medical license in the Greater China Region. + Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in healthcare leadership and strategy. + Experience working in the healthcare industry in the Greater China Region, with knowledge of the local healthcare system and practices. + Strong understanding of clinical guidelines, evidence-based medicine, and healthcare technology. + Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. + Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results in the healthcare sector. + Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
