A prestigious holding with about 2,500 staff in the western part of Tehran is looking for a job for the position of "Chief of Human Resources".

Description of responsibilities:

Design and deployment of an integrated human resource structure for holding
Complete implementation of the HRBOX system and documenting all human resource processes
Design and implementation of recruitment, interview, and training processes (especially for high-ranking managers)
Classification of jobs, designing organizational charts, and formulating job descriptions
Setting up the annual and periodic performance evaluation process
Complete enforcement of labor and insurance rules for all personnel
Designing a system of compensation, benefits, and welfare services for all employees
Monitoring of leave processes, mission, traffic, absenteeism, complaints, and discipline
Management of organizational change, organizational culture, and improving productivity
High action speed in performing assigned tasks
Time management, providing a scheduling table for each executive process

Conditions:

Human Resources and Related Degree
Human Resource Management History, at least in organizations with over 5 people
HR Software Implementation Experience (preferably SAP, HRBOX, or similar)
Full mastery of labor law, insurance, job classification, and chart
High executive spirit, system orientation, and ability to interact with high-level managers and experts
Experience in a variety of industries is an advantage
