POSITION GOAL:
Supervise the various functions of the SOESD business office, maintenance, facilities, and transportation operations, and support ESD leadership through financial analysis, program design, and evaluation. Produce cost efficiency and foster effective organizational operations. Manage the district budget, revenues, and expenditures, maintaining compliance with SOESD policies and federal and state law. Serve as advisor to the superintendent and the board of directors. The CFO may also manage other programs and staff as directed by the superintendent.

MINIMUM PREREQUISITES:
Valid Oregon Administrator Licensed (preferred). Master Degree (Preferred). Accounting Degree. Oregon Driver License. Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a business office setting. School district CFO/business manager experience (preferred). Proficiency with accounting software. Successful leadership background. Strong decision-making skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability and experience in working on a management/leadership team. Knowledge of federal and Oregon finance law.Requirements / Qualifications
