Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer. **Your Challenge:** + Develops preliminary and conceptual design processes and studies as well as the continuity of design details of a specific engineering discipline or specialty area, providing expert advice and direction to other professionals. (20%) + Advises on and performs research or other professional and scientific work in one or more engineering disciplines and uses expert knowledge to contribute to systems philosophies and design objectives. (20%) + Conceives and develops solutions to the most complex analytical, design, and test problems that program(s) experience.Analyzes and resolves important failures in test and service, often without recourse to intense theoretical studies and test programs.Applies new, innovative, or experimental engineering theories using mathematical techniques to analyze and evaluate scientific engineering problems. (20%) + Writes and publishes complex reports and results in scientific journals and conference proceedings, presenting work at scientific conferences and review meetings and contributing to written documentation of planned and accomplished research for internal purposes. (20%) + Leads the business' technical growth and ensures technology continuity, participating with management on succession planning and mentoring of experienced engineers.
