About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Chief Concierge to lead our concierge team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable guest experiences, managing bespoke itineraries, and leading a team of knowledgeable and service-driven concierge professionals. Your attention to detail, insider knowledge, and personal commitment to excellence will set the tone for every arrival and departure.
What You Will Do
Lead the concierge operation with a focus on seamless service, ensuring every guest and resident interaction is personalized, anticipatory, and thoughtful. Champion the guest journey from initial contact to post-departure follow-up.Build genuine relationships with guests, residents, and VIPs. Offer bespoke recommendations, curated experiences, and discreet assistance that reflect their individual tastes and preferences.Oversee all concierge services including transportation, dining reservations, private excursions, luxury shopping, cultural immersions, and unique destination requests. Deliver each element with efficiency and flair.Train, mentor, and schedule the concierge team to maintain consistent excellence. Inspire a culture of elevated service, professionalism, and accountability across all guest touchpoints.Establish and nurture strong relationships with top-tier vendors, local partners, and regional contacts to secure exclusive access and offerings that enhance the guest experience.Partner closely with Front Office, Residences, Guest Experience, and F&B teams to ensure an integrated and seamless guest journey throughout the property.Monitor and manage guest feedback with diplomacy and care. Resolve challenges swiftly while reinforcing loyalty and guest satisfaction through proactive, thoughtful service recovery.Uphold and continuously enhance Forbes Travel Guide and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards. Minimum 5 years of experience in guest services or concierge roles within luxury hotels or resorts, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabia and AMAALA region attractions, culture, and service landscape.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of English.
Proven ability to manage high-profile guests and confidential requests with discretion and elegance.
Affiliation with Les Clefs d’Or is a strong asset.
Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
A guest-first mindset with a true passion for crafting meaningful, personalized experiences.
