KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the architectural vision and strategy for the CRM domain.Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust information systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure architectural alignment with Michelin Enterprise Architecture Team for industry best practices and emerging technologies.Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies to ensure seamless operation.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IS team.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the architecture to ensure continuous improvement.Manage and mitigate risks associated with the architecture and technology decisions.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in information systems and technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Chief Architect or similar role in an IS program implementing SalesForce solutions.Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies.Expertise in designing and implementing complex information systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
