Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. **Job Description** Reporting directly to the head of Branch and Small Business Banking, this role serves as a key execution focused leader for the broader Branch and Small Business Banking Executive Leadership team in our journey to enhance and deepen customer relationships. This integral role will work across our teams to build and drive shared priorities, support the delivery on strategic and operational goals, bring the customer, competitors, and marketplace dynamics to the forefront of the business roadmap, as well as critical day to day activities. The leader in this role is someone who understands the inner-workings of the organization. This executive must be a dynamic individual who can enable the strategic direction, large scale transformation, and leadership for all aspects of the business. This leader must be adept at driving horizontal relationships across the enterprise in order to enable rapid growth across all Consumer and Small business portfolios. As a key membership of the BSBB leadership team, the successful candidate will lead a team of professionals and collaborate closely with the company’s top leadership team to further the businesses strategy and execution in delivering best-in-class customer and teammate experiences, drive a culture of inclusivity and accountability, and engage and motivate the platform through a large, transformative journey. The right candidate will ensure U.S. Bank culture is at the forefront of the transformative journey with a strong emphasis on the bank’s values and culture while maintaining a focus on achieving superior business results. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Key delegate of the Head Branch and Small Business Banking (BSBB) business to work across the BSBB Executive team to develop and drive key strategic and operational initiatives for the business. + Representing the head of BSBB, jointly work with other revenue leaders and other applicable businesses to establish and identify opportunities/metrics to grow overall customer base + As a delegate for the head of BSBB, partner with Finance team on budget planning and forecasting in alignment with annual plan and support work associated with strategic capital investment requests. + Work closely with key partners and stakeholders, preparing necessary materials, documents, and reports for key audiences, such as the Managing Committee, Board, etc. + Optimize and orchestrate the management ecosystem for the business, including management reporting and operating norms to work efficiently and effectively. + Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the BSBB Ecosystem, and develop and drive tactics that improve workflow, teamwork, organizational performance, and budget management/accountability. + Drive assigned work with focus on effectiveness, simplicity, and efficiency, removing roadblocks and eliminating bureaucracy at all levels of the organization. + Build and harness highly talented, diverse teams: coach and develop others, understand team dynamics, and strengthen the overall capability of the organization. **PIVOTAL EXPerience, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE** The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $238,765.00 - $280,900.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
