We provide technology solutions and business services, including finance, accounting, legal, benefits, procurement, tax, real estate, treasury, and risk management. **Overview** The CAO is responsible for leading the accounting and tax strategy across the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal), ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and tax optimization. This role combines strategic vision with technical execution and plays a key part in the development of tax models, annual accounts, and Non-Financial Information Statements (EINF). **Responsibilities** + Oversee general accounting, financial consolidation, and preparation of annual accounts in Spain and Portugal. + Design and implement efficient tax models aligned with local legislation. + Coordinate the preparation and review of the EINF, ensuring alignment with ESG standards and regulatory requirements. + Ensure compliance with international (IFRS, US GAAP) and local accounting standards. + Manage internal and external audits, and liaise with tax authorities in Iberia. + Lead multidisciplinary teams in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting. + Advise senior management on strategic accounting and tax matters. + Identify and mitigate tax and accounting risks. **Qualifications** + Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. + Over 7 years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments. + Proven experience in Spain and Portugal (Iberia region). + Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1), both written and spoken. + Deep knowledge of tax and accounting legislation in Iberia. + Experience in developing EINF and tax models. + Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). **Key Competencies:** + Strategic thinking and analytical mindset. + Leadership and team management. + Technical rigor and professional ethics. + Effective communication with international stakeholders. + Proactivity and results orientation. + Adaptability to multicultural and dynamic environments. **Additional information** + Employment contract + Cofinancing of leisure time + Opportunity for professional development + International cooperation + Culture of dialogue and openness to initiative + Friendly working atmosphere + Work-life balance + No dress code
