• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar senior accounting role, preferably within thehospitality industry.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting and tax regulations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and develop a team ofaccountants.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience with hotel financial systems (such as Opera, Micros, or similar) is a plus.
