Your Role :
Manages the Accounting team and ensures completion of financial accounts in accordance with Moroccan accounting standards.Generates monthly financial reporting file after necessary accruals and analysis of major gaps.Prepares quarterly financial statements in MGAAP and USGAAP.Prepares annual financial reports (in MGAAP and USGAAP)Prepares financial information (ETIC), annual tax applications and payment.Validates and process monthly tax applications (VAT, Withholding tax).Supervises and controls the daily bank & cash situation.Ensures payments on time for all suppliers.Supervises and controls bank accounting and bank reconciliations for all banksPrepares annual tax applications (advance tax, professional tax).Develops and maintains relationships with bankingUpdate charts of accounts and finance procedure.Provides guidance and support to others in the Finance Department, on both cost and revenue issues, in accordance with Aptiv policies.Contributes to the development of internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures.Ensures completion of Revenue accounts in accordance with international accounting standards.Controls the payments receiptMonitor debtors position of the companyManage contract with supplier with respect of local legalManage monthly and quarterly group reponting FDM, HFM and diffrent Schedule.CARS reconciliation.Backgroud :
Bachelor's Degree in accounting5 to 7 years of previous accounting experience in a multinational group Preference for experience in a manufacturing industryHands-on experience with ERP computer systems•Current accounting knowledge IAS and IFRSStrong ability to write and/or review financial statementsAccounting knowledge with investigative and analytical skillsComputer literacy with ability to use Microsoft ExcelStrong accounting knowledgeConversant in Group policies and proceduresDetailed orientedVerbal communication skillsApply today, and together let’s change tomorrow!
