**Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Chief Accountant** to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will lead the accounting team and manage statutory and tax reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports + Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations + Supervise tax compliance and planning + Coordinate with external advisors + Manage audits and related activities + Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures + Supervise and mentor the accounting team + Analyze financial data to identify trends and improve performance + Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting + Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field + CPA or equivalent certification preferred + 8-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, including 1-3 years in people management + Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial reporting tools, including SAP + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong leadership and team management abilities + Effective communication skills + Advanced level of English, both written and verbal + This job is based out of Istanbul, Turkey **Operating Company:** Nobel Biocare Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
