What You'll Be Doing
Support plant operations through process optimization and technical troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Assist in implementing sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
Analyze data and generate reports to support continuous improvement.
Participate in safety and environmental compliance programs.
What Are We Looking For
Focus within chemical engineering or a related field.
Adaptability to work within a cement manufacturing plant.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Solid understanding of cement manufacturing processes or industrial operations.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic production setting.
Work Environment
This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. Candidates should be comfortable working in industrial environments and adhering to safety protocols.
