**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Support plant operations through process optimization and technical troubleshooting.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and product quality.
+ Assist in implementing sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
+ Analyze data and generate reports to support continuous improvement.
+ Participate in safety and environmental compliance programs.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Focus within chemical engineering or a related field.
+ Adaptability to work within a cement manufacturing plant.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Solid understanding of cement manufacturing processes or industrial operations.
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic production setting.
**Work Environment**
This role is based in a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. Candidates should be comfortable working in industrial environments and adhering to safety protocols.
