**About the Job:**
An opportunity has arisen for a **Chef De Partie** to join the **Culinary** team in **Jumeirah Al Naseem** . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
+ Execute high-quality dishes following menu guidelines and chef instructions, ensuring proper garnishing, portioning, and presentation.
+ Oversee kitchen section operations, delegate tasks to junior staff, and manage service during busy periods or in the absence of senior chefs.
+ Assist in creating innovative, seasonal dishes and provide structured training for junior chefs and trainees.
+ Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and workstations while following hygiene and labeling standards.
+ Follow best practices for food handling, waste disposal, and resource efficiency, contributing to cost control measures.
+ Adhere to health, safety, and HACCP regulations while maintaining high standards of personal appearance and professional conduct.
**About You:**
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
+ College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School.
+ At least 4 years of experience in progressively more complex and responsible roles, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
+ Expert in menu development, pricing, production, and delivery skills.
+ Expert in food quality and presentation skills.
