Job Description

 

Organise kitchen activities and support cuisine concepts, ensuring smooth operations and recommending menu changes based on seasonal availability.Adhere to Anantara food preparation and presentation guidelines while maintaining food safety, sanitation, and proper handling techniques.Ensure outlet safety and manage all outlet property and facilities responsibly.Participate in departmental training to improve skills and service levels, whilst promoting positive inter-departmental relations through effective communication and cooperation.

 

QualificationsMust have worked at least two years as a Demi Chef de Partie Baker in a large Hotels and RestaurantsStrong culinary skills and a passion for high-quality foodAbility to lead a section and work well under pressureExcellent communication and teamwork skillsEye for detail to achieve operational excellenceRelevant trade qualifications in commercial cookery
