Duties and responsibilities related to the Chef de Partie role 

Deliver exceptional culinary service across multiple outlets, including The Montagu Kitchen, Events, Room Service, Colleague Restaurant, and the Churchill Bar.

Lead and support the team by mentoring colleagues, ensuring smooth operations, and aligning performance with guest expectations and business needs.

Maintain strong knowledge of all menus, seasonal produce, and new market trends, applying this expertise to enhance the dining experience.

Uphold cost control, minimise waste, and contribute to sustainability goals in line with the business plan.

Guarantee consistent food quality by ensuring correct preparation, presentation, hygiene, and safe use of equipment at all times.
