We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at one of the UK’s most popular water theme parks. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality food in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment, ensuring consistent standards and exceptional service to our guests.
As a Chef de Partie, you will work across various food outlets within the park, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering well-prepared meals while maintaining a clean, organised kitchen space in line with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare, cook and present dishes to agreed standardsManage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operation during serviceAssist in stock control, food rotation, and waste minimisationMaintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with food hygiene standardsEnsure all allergen procedures and documentation are correctly followedComply with all legal and company requirements, including food safety and health & safety policiesCompetencies Required:Strong cooking skills with attention to detailGood communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work under pressure in a busy environmentPositive attitude and willingness to adapt to different kitchen sectionsQualifications & Compliance:Food Safety Certificate Level 2 – requiredFood Allergens Certificate – requiredProven knowledge of food safety and legal complianceUniform & Equipment:White chef jacketBlack trousersSteel toe safety shoesChef hat or skull capKitchen ApronBring own sharp knives safely wrapped in a knife roll or case (cloth wrapping is not permitted)If you are actively looking for a new role, and have experiences working in the above environments, please apply now with your CV now!
