Job Description

At Grosvenor, we’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to help us serve up unforgettable dining experiences. You’ll be prepping, cooking, and plating dishes to perfection - all while keeping the energy high and the standards even higher.

You’ll be a key player in delivering fresh, flavour-packed food that keeps our guests coming back for more. You’ll thrive under pressure, support your team, and help maintain a spotless, safe, and efficient kitchen.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or other relevant kitchen qualification. However, if you’ve learned your craft on the job and have perfected your skills without formal qualifications – we'd love to chat to you too 

Additional Information

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.

Must be prepared to work night shifts, weekends and shift work.
