What will you be doing?

Leading the way with your creative flair and passion for food you will be working in our al la carte dinner restaurant as well as banquets and events. In this role you will be responsible for;

\n\nEnsuring consistent delivery of quality, well presented dining experiences to our guests \nWorking with the team to ensure exceptional customer service standards \nSupervising a team of highly passionate culinary enthusiasts and assist with training team members \nReduce food wastage and manage and maintain a clean working environment\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nA minimum of 2 years demonstrated previous experience in a similar role\nA current, valid, and relevant trade commercial cookery qualification \nKnowledge of current food trends \nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to work under pressure\n\n
