Kiawah Island Club is currently looking for the perfect person to be our next Chef de Cuisine at The River Course! The River Course is home to River Room restaurant, banquet space, Men's and Women's lockerrooms, fitness space, and the Tom Fazio-designed River Course Golf Course.  Responsibilities Help oversee all culinary operations for The River Course clubhouse Lead the planning and execution of: À la carte dining Special events and private functions Club tournaments and seasonal menus Direct and mentor BOH team members across all kitchen stations Ensure high standards in: Food quality and consistency Sanitation and food safety Kitchen organization and cleanliness Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control Collaborate with FOH leadership to ensure exceptional Member and guest experiences Support and guide culinary internship and development programs Fill in for Executive Chef as needed
